Terms of Service

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slay or Nay mobile applications, website, and related digital styling products (collectively, the "Services"). By installing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Slay or Nay is an artificial intelligence-driven fashion styling advisor. The Service analyzes photos of your outfits, matches them against styling frameworks (such as Kibbe body types, Kitchener essences, and color seasons), and provides ratings, feedback, virtual try-ons, and conversational recommendations.

No Account Required: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device bound to your installation ID.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

Your Photos: You retain full ownership rights to all photos and wardrobe images you upload to the app. You grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process and analyze your photos through our secure AI styling models for the purpose of delivering feedback.

App Property: All software, design systems, algorithms, Y2K graphics, layouts, and logos (including "Slay or Nay") are the exclusive intellectual property of Slay or Nay and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or decompile any portion of the app.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

  • Consumable Credits: Free users receive Welcome Credits, and may purchase credit packs or earn milestone credits through daily outfit check streaks. Consumable credits are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency.
  • Pro Subscriptions: Billed weekly or monthly through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) account. Subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
  • Streak Milestone Rewards: Streak milestone rewards are promotional and have no cash value. We reserve the right to alter credit distribution models or milestone awards at any time.

5. AI Disclaimer & Fun Vibe

AI styling is subjective: Ratings (0–10) and tone settings (Hype/Roast/Balanced) are generated by automated algorithms for entertainment, confidence-building, and styling inspiration. We make no warranties regarding:

  • Whether a "Slay" rating guarantees social or professional approval.
  • The objective accuracy of Kibbe, Kitchener, or Color Season assignments.
  • Real-world outcomes (including job interviews, dates, or social engagements) resulting from outfit scores.

You are solely responsible for your style decisions. Slay or Nay is not liable for any real-world wardrobe malfunctions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slay or Nay and its directors, employees, or subprocessors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates (EU/Turkey), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
